Cooper Candy Company is a small family owned and operated manufacturer of old fashion "gourmet" with a "hand made" variety of nut brittles and other confections.

In operation since October 2002, our nut brittles are cooked in a saucepan producing 3 pounds per batch, and then poured on a marble slab and hand stretched to a thin crisp delicious treat. We package our brittles in 8-ounce packages and 1.5 pound plastic pails.

Our newest items are a firm pecan praline and a peanut patty in the shape of Texas. Each hand poured into molds to form a 4-ounce size and a 7.5-ounce size them packaged in shrink-wrapping.

Our peanut and pecan patty are made the old fashion way, poured in to individual molds and hand wrapped weighing in at 2.5ounces each.

Our sugar-free nut brittles are sugar-free, not carbs free, but since the nuts contain their own natural sugars, the sugar free brittles with nuts contain 1 gram of sugar per serving.

We attend a variety of arts & craft shows around Texas & our candies are available for wholesale and fundraisers.

We have no set store hours; just call and we can meet you. We answer the phone from 8am to 7pm, 7 days a week.
